Mr. Yepes currently serves as Head of Capital Markets at Entoro Capital. Prior to joining Entoro, from 2013, he was the Head of Business Development at Arel Capital, a New York City-based real estate investment firm, founded by his former colleagues from Gottex Fund Management.
During a brief hiatus from Arel Capital during the COVID-19 pandemic, Mr. Yepes was the Head of Business Development at Big Sun Holdings, a division of Hyundai Next Corporation (https://bb3d.io). In that role, he focused on commercializing advanced materials and large-scale 3D construction systems capable of printing single- to three-story buildings. He joined in July 2020 and returned to Arel in 2022.
From 2011 to 2013, Mr. Yepes served as Head of North American Sales and Client Relationship Management at Man Investments / FRM, a European-based alternative investment company. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2011, he was Senior Vice President and Head of North American Business Development for Gottex Fund Management, a $18 billion+ alternative investment fund of funds. The founding partners at Gottex would later go on to establish Arel Capital.
Earlier in his career, starting in 1986, Mr. Yepes held several sales and marketing management roles within the Reuters family of organizations, including Reuters America, Bridge Information Systems—where he was based in London as Head of Sales for the UK, Scotland, and Ireland—and Reuters Instinet Corporation.
Mr. Yepes holds a Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at Albany.
