William "Billy" Row

Associate

Billy Row is an Associate at Entoro Capital, where he focuses on investment banking and broker-dealer operations, managing end-to-end execution of private placement transactions across due diligence, structuring, and capital raising. He also co-founded and serves as Assistant Portfolio Manager for the firm's Digital Asset Yield (DAY) Fund. Billy holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses and an NFA Series 3, and brings a technical foundation from his B.S. in Chemical Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin.
